Viola Davis, star of "The Help," and her husband, actor Julian Tennon, have adopted a baby girl named Genesis, People reports. The actress announced the adoption during a speech Monday at an ELLE Women in Hollywood event in Los Angeles. Davis and Tennon had announced in August that they were planning to adopt. This is the first child for the couple. Tennon has two children from previous relationships.
