Rosie Metcalf, 7, who said she has been a Taylor Swift fan for as long as she can remember, and her mother, Ali Metcalf, both from Tennessee, have been roaming around MSG for 45 minutes, Rosie said, remaining optimistic to see Swift. “We’d be shocked,” said Ali, if they were able to meet Swift. Passersby slow down as they pass the barricades surrounding the docking center on West 33rd Street, also hoping to get a glance at Swift. A public seating area is filled with over a dozen reporters gathered by Madison Square Garden. By 3 p.m. Thursday afternoon, entrances to Penn Station remain open while all entrances into Madison Square Garden are closed.
