War Admiral wins Triple Crown

War Admiral overcame a bloody front hoof and ran a track record time to win the Belmont Stakes and become the fourth horse to win the Triple Crown. War Admiral, son of Man o' War, broke the record set by his father 17 years earlier by finishing the 11/2-mile Belmont Park course in 2:28.3 and beating Sceneshifter by four lengths.
