Officials say Robert Beodeker admitted to taking Ambien and depression medication.

Official say phone call threats are being made to the Long Island college dean that has been charged in a deadly Meadowbrook Parkway accident.

Suffolk Community College says the threats have been left on the voicemail of Associate Dean of Students Robert Beodeker, according to the Riverhead News-Review.

Prosecutors say Beodeker admitted at the crash scene that he had taken the sleep aid Ambian and some anti-depressants but didn't say when.

Beodeker pleaded not guilty and is out on bond.
