Tip: Free legal advice in Nassau

Have a legal problem or question? If you're a Nassau resident 65 or older, you can get a free one-on-one consultation with a lawyer.

The Nassau County Bar Association's popular Legal Consultation Clinic for Seniors will hold its March session Thursday, 9:30-11 a.m., at the organization's headquarters on 15th and West Streets in Mineola.

Volunteer lawyers will meet with seniors individually for a half-hour. The lawyers will offer advice, but they will not represent you in the legal matter you discuss with them.
