Town wants Suffolk land for Wyandanch
The Town of Babylon has asked Suffolk County to transfer a parcel of land to the town for use in the town’s Wyandanch revitalization effort.
The town board adopted a resolution making the request at its meeting Tuesday. The parcel, at 10 Grand Blvd. in Wyandanch, measures 60 by 203 feet.
Town spokesman Tim Ruggeri said the parcel will be included in the town’s Wyandanch Rising redevelopment, but its exact use has not been determined.
