Trader Joe's White Wheat Bread

If you've been trying unsuccessfully to get your children to eat whole-wheat bread, give Trader Joe's White Wheat Bread a try. It's 100 percent whole wheat, but made from white spring wheat, a variety that is milder in flavor and lighter in color than the more common (and nutty-tasting) red winter wheat. Your kids may think they're eating white bread.
