Tsunis adds law partner, expands firm

On the legal front: John Tsunis, hotel owner, lawyer and banker, has expanded his Islandia law firm, taking on Smithtown law partners Joseph R. Attonito and Chris Ring.

Ring will join the firm as a partner. Attonito and Ring had been partners in Smithtown for about 20 years.

Tsunis' firm, which will now be Tsunis, Gasparis, Lustig and Ring Llp, has roots that go back 30 years. Ring had represented fire departments and the Village of the Branch in Smithtown.
