At 138 pounds, Melania Turano of North Babylon/Bay Shore defeated Brooke-Lynn Murray of West Babylon/Bay Shore by decision, 5-2, to advance to the semifinals.
Murray had defeated Turano by 6-2 decision in the Suffolk final two weeks ago.
