For many boat owners on Long Island, sunny skies this weekend meant one last outing before hauling their boats onto dry land for winter.

At Coneys Marine in Huntington, President Matt Coneys said during the month of October, his employees spend their weeks hauling boats out of the water. So on Saturday, the company was busy taxiing boaters to their moorings for what many said would be their last sail of the year.
