Wantagh will have to wait one more day to find out who it will play in the Class A state semifinals on Saturday in Binghamton. Lakeland (Section I) defeated Maine-Endwell, 5-3, this afternoon and will play Cornwall (Section IX) at 4 p.m. tomorrow at Pace University. The winner will play Wantagh at 10 a.m. Saturday at Union-Endicott high school. Wantagh will play in the state semifinals for the first time since 1998 when it also won the state championship.
