Long Islanders can expect a breezy fall weekend with clear skies and temperatures in the low 60s, according to the National Weather Service in Upton.

Temperatures on the Island on Saturday will peak at about 64 degrees with wind gusts of 15 to 25 mph, said weather service meteorologist Lauren Nash. Temperatures are expected to dip into the upper 40s overnight, she said.

"It will be a good fall day," Nash said. "Just a bit breezy."

Sunday's forecast calls for more of the same, with temperatures in the low 60s and wind gusts of 25 to 30 mph. No rain is expected all weekend, Nash said.
