Clouds will gather Monday night and the low will be close to 40 degrees, the National Weather Service said, with the rest of the work week looking potentially wet at times.

Tuesday morning looks to be dry but there is a 30% chance of rain after 3 p.m. That chance goes up to 100% Tuesday night with a low of 45 and gusty winds up to 20 mph, the weather service said.

The rain and wind should stay around until Wednesday afternoon along with a high in the low 50s, forecasters said, and there is a 30% chance of more rain Wednesday night with a low of 43.

Showers are considered very likely for Thursday, during the day, with a high of 54 and evening, with a low of 46, the weather service said.

Friday will struggle to remain dry with a high pushing 60 but there is an outside chance of showers in the early morning and after 2 p.m.

The reward for all this precipitation is a dry, mostly sunny weekend, the weather service predicted,  with temperatures in the mid 50s both Saturday and Sunday.
