A winter weather advisory was issued around 12:30 p.m. for Nassau County through 10 p.m., telling of the potential for wet snow, with 2 to 5 inches of accumulation possible, the National Weather Service said. News 12 meteorologist Rich Von Ohlen has the forecast.
