Long Island weather: Sun, clouds Thursday, rain possible at night
Partly sunny skies, with a high temperature near 70 degrees, are forecast for Thursday, with a slight chance of rain after dark, the National Weather Service said.
The low Thursday night will dip to about 60, according to the weather service.
Overnight into Thursday, partly cloudy skies and low of 52 is forecast, the weather service said.
There's a 40% chance of showers Friday with a high of 76. The chance of showers Friday night increases to 60% with a low of 62, the weather service said.
Saturday brings a 50% chance of showers in the morning, and thunderstorms after 2 p.m. with a high of 76 and an overnight low of 59.
Sunday is to be mostly sunny, with a high near 77 degrees, dipping to 59 at night. Monday, Memorial Day, is looking mostly sunny with a high near 78 and an overnight low of about 60, according to the weather service.
