 ROAD CONDITIONS 
 <a href="/topics//Long_Island_Expressway,_NY">Long Island Expressway</a> has reopened but with icy conditions. The westbound lanes of the <a href="/topics//Northern_State_Parkway,_NY">Northern State Parkway</a> are closed due to a downed tree. 
 AIRPORTS 
 Area airports are open, but with delays and cancellations at JFK, LaGuardia, Newark and MacArthur due to weather. 
 Travelers should contact their airlines for information before going to any airport. 
 POWER 
 Power is out for approximately 192,733 LIPA customers, with 40,000 coming as a result of the nor'easter. (Note: Does not include <a href="/topics//Long_Beach,_NY">Long Beach</a>, <a href="/topics//Atlantic_Beach,_NY">Atlantic Beach</a>, <a href="/topics//Fire_Island,_NY">Fire Island</a> and areas of the Rockaway Peninsula)
