Friday's forecast: Partly sunny, rain possible, highs in the 60s

The National Weather Service said Friday should be at least partly sunny until about 3 p.m., when there is a slim chance of rain, with temperatures in the 60s, and the Memorial Day weekend will start with a soggy Saturday.
