Weather service warns of dense fog along coast
Areas of fog, "locally dense along the immediate coast," will affect Long Island through Monday afternoon, the National Weather Service said.
"Motorists are advised to use caution while traveling . . . due to variable and dramatically reduced visibilities in spots," the weather service said in a special weather statement.
