 EAST WILLISTON: WATER METERS. The East Williston Village will hold a public hearing tonight to consider requiring that water meters are read at least once a year.  HEAD OF THE HARBOR: DEER DILEMMA. Head of the Harbor village trustees tonight will hold a public hearing on traffic issues on Edgewood Avenue and hear state options for controlling the deer population.  WYANDANCH: DONATION. The Wyandanch school board tonight will recognize Manhattan real estate executive Jeffrey Gural for his donation to Wyandanch Memorial High School to restore its after-school and Saturday programs. The board meeting will start at 7 at the Central Administration Building, 1445 Dr. Martin L.  Suffolk County Water Authority reports water main break: 
 BAY SHORE: Water service will be shutdown due to the repair of the water main on Nugent Avenue. The shutdown will affect 15 residences. Those in the area may experience no water service, low water pressure or discolored water for a period of time. 
 Weather and Traffic
