BROOKLYN WATER WORKS: The Freeport Landmarks Preservation Commission will meet tomorrow at 7:30 p.m. at the Freeport Memorial Library (144 W. Merrick Rd.) to hold a second viewing of the proposed redevelopment plans for the historic site of the former Brooklyn Water Works.
