That's how many years have passed since the failed CIA plot to overthrow Cuba's Fidel Castro. This foreign policy disaster, known as the Bay of Pigs invasion, is history for all but the intelligence agency. The CIA has released the first four volumes of its internal analysis, but refuses to release the final one. Scholars say it uses agents' statements to rebut the official finding that the agency was at fault and, instead, places the blame on the Kennedy administration. The CIA argued the volume is still a "draft." Astonishingly, a federal court judge agreed.
