Alec Baldwin, currently appearing as psychiatrist Martin Dysart in Equus at Guild Hall, grabbed a bite between shows at Bostwick’s Chowder House (277 Pantigo Rd., East Hampton, 631-324-1111) on Saturday. He and a friend had Manhattan chowder, fried oysters, hummus appetizer and coconut shrimp rolls.

On Sunday, Bostwick’s hosted Kim Cattrall and four real-life gal pals. "Samantha" had a seared tuna appetizer and grilled swordfish.

Katie Couric and her daughter stopped by Turtle Crossing (221 Pantigo Rd., East Hampton, 631-324-7166, turtlecrossing.com) on Saturday night for some BBQ takeout. While they waited for their ribs, corn and a veggie burger, Couric chatted with fans at the bar.

On Wednesday, Sam Talbot, Top Chef finalist and soon-to-be executive chef at Mondrian SoHo, satisfied his barbecue jones at Townline BBQ (3593 Townline Rd., Sagaponack, townlinebbq.com, 631-537-2271). He and his wife had burnt ends, pulled pork, fried onions, pickles, mac & cheese, collard greens and baked beans.
