The Giants are about to kickoff against the Jets and several starters will be held out based on who participated in pregame warmups
Jaxson Dart won't play, meaning Jameis Winston will start again at quarterback.
Running back Cam Skattebo, OL Andrew Thomas and Jermaine Eluemunor, S Jevon Holland, ILB Tremaine Edmunds, OLB Brian Burns and Abdul Carter, DT DJ Reader are among those who didn't warm up and won't play Friday. WR Malik Nabers, TE Theo Johnson and DT Shelby Harris won't play due to injury.
It also means that Dart and Skattebo, among others, will go at least a month without seeing game action. Burns, Holland, Thomas, Edmunds, Reader and Harris also sat out every preseason game, so their first game action will be the season opener Sept. 13 against the Cowboys.
