The NFL Season is upon us, which means it's time to start breaking down the players you should be moving in and out of your lineup each week. While everything is dependent on who is on your team, here are some players to consider starting & sitting in Week 1 (with higher valued players listed at the top & fringe starters at the bottom).

Start:

Jeremy Hill (RB, Bengals)

Going up against the Raiders' league worst run defense last year.

Davante Adams (WR, Packers)

The Bears defense could be a trainwreck this season, which bodes well for Jordy Nelson's replacement in Week 1.

Sam Bradford (QB, Eagles)

Looked great playing for his new team in the preseason.

Sit:

Frank Gore (RB, Colts)

May have few opportunities to score against a stout Bills defense.

Cam Newton (QB, Panthers)

Could struggle early in the year as he adjusts to life without Kelvin Benjamin.

Steve Smith (WR, Ravens)

Smith is not someone to mess with (please don't tell Steve I put him here), but neither is criminally underrated Broncos CB Chris Harris Jr.
