Why not a bay pumping station?

In reference to "Town adds boats to clean waste" [News, May 31], about Southampton adding two boats to its fleet to offer free pump-out sewage services to recreational boaters, wouldn't it be great if the Southwest Sewer District had a docking area on the bay in Babylon, with free pump-out stations for boaters?
I imagine it wouldn't be too difficult to create an area where boaters could pull up and pump out any waste. You could probably create multiple ports where three or four boats could hook up and dump at the same time.
Seems to me, this enormous "non-impact" on our waters would be a win-win all around. The funds could come from the same federal Clean Vessel Act and Suffolk County health department budget that paid for Southampton's boats.
