From the minute Christine laid eyes on this eight-room Colonial, she was enchanted. "It's one of a kind," she says, citing the front exterior, where a slate pathway meanders to the covered slate porch supported by white columns. Built in 1936, the house has a brick front. Inside, the foyer is flanked by a living room with a fireplace and a dining room with wainscoting. The den has a picture window overlooking the yard, where there's an in-ground pool surrounded by a deck. The three bedrooms are on the second floor. Since moving in three years ago, the couple renovated a bathroom and updated the electrical system. Christine chats some more:

"I fell in love with the charm [of the house] and the kitchen -- it's gigantic. It has 23 cabinets, which is awesome because you can never have enough room. The kitchen also has ceiling beams, wainscoting and wallpaper -- it's really cozy."
