The O'Neills, both 44, have lived in the 1927 Colonial for about six years. "It has three spacious bedrooms on the second floor that have crown moldings and ceiling fans. We use the converted attic as a playroom and home office, but it can be a fourth bedroom. [It] is the full width of the house and has ample storage in the eaves," Joanne says. Recent upgrades include a new roof, siding and Andersen windows. Amenities include central vacuum and alarm systems, an in-ground sprinkler system and a Belgian-block patio. The home has one full bath and is situated on a 40-by- 100-foot lot. Joanne chats more about her home:

"I fell in love with the house when I first saw the [central] stairway. It's unique and charming because it has a landing. The front entryway has an original glass-paneled French door that leads to the living room [with] a bay wind
