Will we see Geno Smith in preseason games?
Geno Smith said he hasn’t had any discussions with Aaron Glenn or offensive coordinator Frank Reich about whether he would play in the preseason.
But Smith sounds like he wants to play. The Jets kick off their preseason schedule a week from Friday against Tampa.
“I love playing football,” Smith said. “Whenever coach tells me go out there, I go play."
Smith played in the preseason with his last two teams, Seattle and Las Vegas.
