of Northport has received the Elena M. Perez Unsung Hero Award from the Education & Assistance Corp. McCallan, founder and chief executive of the Woodbury-based debt counseling firm AmeriCorp, was honored for the company's efforts to donate food to EAC's food pantry and meals-on-wheels program over the past nine years. He is also the owner of InterMark Media, a Woodbury-based marketing company that serves the digital advertising sector.
