Eyewitness: 20-25 bodies at youth camp

A file picture taken on January 20, 2011 shows Norwegian Prime Minister Jens Stoltenberg in London. An explosion took place on July 22, 2011 around the building of Norway's biggest tabloid newspaper VG and the government's headquarters in Oslo, leaving several people injured, local media reported. The radio reported that the explosion seemed to happen near the finance ministry, which is near the Norwegian prime minister's office and the VG editorial offices. Credit: Getty Images
Oslo police say they suspect the man arrested after a shooting at a youth camp is also linked to a bombing in Oslo.
Acting Police Chief Sveinung Sponheim won't give any details about the man, who was dressed in a police uniform when he opened fire Friday.
He said police were still trying to get an overview of the shooting at the Utoya youth camp and could not say whether there was more than one shooter.
At least seven people were killed earlier in a bombing in Oslo.
An eyewitness tells Norwegian broadcaster NRK that he saw 20 to 25 bodies at the youth camp where a gunman dressed in a police uniform opened fire.
Andre Scheie says he saw bodies on the shore of the Utoya island where the youth wing of the Labor Party was holding a summer camp for hundreds of youths.
Scheie said Friday: "There are very many dead by the shore ... there are about 20-25 dead." He also said he saw dead people in the water.
Prime Minister Jens Stoltenberg has urged Norwegians to not cave in to fear caused by a bombing in downtown Oslo that killed seven people and a shooting at a youth camp outside the capital.
Stoltenberg told Norwegian broadcaster NRK: "Co-workers have lost their lives today ... "it's frightening. That's not how we want things in our country. But it's important that we don't let ourselves be scared. Because the purpose of that kind of violence is to create fear."
He says he's received unconfirmed reports of dead and injured at the camp shooting but that details were still sketchy.
