A third person has died after being hit by a car during a rampage in the tourist district that left two others dead and 11 people injured, officials said Thursday. The Guam Visitors Bureau said a 51-year-old man taken to Guam Memorial Hospital in critical condition died. A complaint filed against Chad Ryan De Soto, 21, was being updated. He then got out of his car and started stabbing people he came across. Six people were hurt by De Soto's car and eight by his knife. Most of the injured were Japanese tourists.
