Edge did an interview with Citizen-Times in Asheville, North Carolina. It was a basic interview until Edge hinted that he may be retiring in two years.

“I'm coming up on my 20th year, and I've definitely had some injuries that have shortened my career,” Edge said. “That's part of the reason I bought up here — we want to retire and listen to the wind in the trees, and we want to do it fairly soon. I may have two more years. With each injury, it's harder and harder to come back.”

Edge has had some injuries over the last few years that have kept him out of action for a significant amount of time. Edge is 36 and it's hard to believe that he has been in the WWE for over 12 years. He debuted in 1998 and the rest was history as he has made his mark.

Wrestlers don't exactly stick to their retirements so seeing is believing as we all await Shawn Michaels to make a return within the next year.
