Wyandanch trailed by 11 points at halftime, but its press flustered Southampton in the second half. The Warriors used a 19-5 third quarter to take the lead for good and outscored Southampton 32-11 in the second half to win 52-42 in a Suffolk Class B semifinal.

Lineker St. Hilaire had 12 points and seven rebounds, Jada Sellers had 11 points and 12 rebounds, Jalicia Robinson scored 11 points and Lorenza Birt had 10 points and seven assists for Wyandanch.

Dejanae Mike gave the Warriors the lead for good with two consecutive three-pointers to make it 37-36 with 1:18 left in the third quarter. Southampton pulled to within 43-42 before Wyandanch closed the game on a 9-0 run.

Wyandanch will play against No. 1 Center Moriches in the finals at 4:30 p.m. Saturday at St. Joseph's College. Center Moriches won both meetings in the regular season.
