Year of broken vows

This has been the year of considering marriage a joke. Sinéad O'Connor ended her marriage to Barry Herridge after 18 days of wedded life. Katy Perry was spotted in Kauai without Russell Brand or her wedding ring on Dec. 26 (they celebrated their first anniversary on Oct. 23). Kim Kardashian filed for divorce from Kris Humphries 72 days after her $10 million "fairy-tale" wedding. Ashton Kutcher threw discretion out the window and allegedly bedded Sarah Leal on his sixth wedding anniversary. Arnold Schwarzenegger was discovered this year to have had an affair with the family's housekeeper, Mildred Baena. But Katy, Kim, Sinead, Kelsey, Ashton and Arnold, just think about this -- no one FORCED you to get married.
