Nassau GOP takes care of Murray
It was no surprise to me to read that Kate Murray is being considered for judgeship on the state Supreme Court [“Murray a potential justice,” News, Aug. 8].
The Nassau County Republican Party always rewards its loyal members. It doesn’t matter that the voters rejected her as a candidate for district attorney. The voters apparently don’t matter.
So our Supreme Court may have a justice who has virtually no courtroom experience and has not practiced law in years.
This is just business as usual in the corrupt county of Nassau.
