The property includes a main house and a guest cottage. Located on Montauk Highway, the main house boasts four bedrooms and three bathrooms, while the cottage features two bedrooms and one bathroom. The houses have their own utilities, laundry and kitchens. The property is zoned for residential/commercial use, according to the listing, and spans 1 acre.

"It's very unusual" to have two homes for sale together at this price point in East Moriches, said listing agent Marina Putova, of Coldwell Banker M&D Good Life.
"The average single-family home in East Moriches right now sells for $800,000 to $900,000, but there is an additional house here," she said.

Although the structures date back to 1890, they offer "unique and modern features, too," Putova said. The main house was renovated in 2014, with upgrades to the gutters, roof, water heater and oil burner.
"It has an absolutely amazing primary bedroom," Putova added. "It has its own balcony, Jacuzzi and cathedral ceilings."

The cottage underwent a renovation last year. It includes its own fenced-in yard with a deck and storage shed.
The community's proximity to Moriches Bay could be a draw for certain buyers, Putova said: "It has a nice marina, so any homeowner who wants to have a boat, they could have a boat there."

There is also a hookup on the property for a boat or an RV, which includes water, electric and a separate cesspool, Putova added.
The property is in the East Moriches Union Free School District.
