A Tudor-style home in Garden City is on the market for $1.15 million. The taxes are $16,105.

The house was built in 1929. Totaling 2,000 square feet, it contains three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The home sits on a 0.11-acre lot on Willow Street.

The stucco facade and curvature seen throughout the structure and interior details are original characteristics of the Tudor, said listing agent Michelle McArdle, of Douglas Elliman Real Estate.

"It has beautiful archways in between the living room and dining room," she said. The front door is rounded, as well.

The second floor was entirely updated two years ago, including both bathrooms, McArdle said. The kitchen was also recently redone.

A family room on the first floor can be transformed into an office or an additional bedroom. The primary bedroom upstairs is ensuite, while another spacious bedroom on the level features dual closets.

"It has the original, Old World charm of a Tudor, with modern amenities," the agent said.

Some standout details include a wood-burning fireplace in the living room, a walk-up attic on the third floor, a backyard patio, radiant floor heating in one of the bathrooms, an in-ground sprinkler system and a full basement. The property is in the Garden City School District.

"It's a move-in ready home," McArdle said.
