A 1920 Colonial in Glen Cove is on the market for $748,000. The taxes are $10,455.
Standing tall on Clement Street, the house includes three bedrooms and 1½ bathrooms. The living space totals 1,303 square feet. The property is in the Glen Cove City School District.
The home is currently outfitted with the seller's collection of antiques, said Judy Milman, of Daniel Gale Sotheby's International Realty. She is co-listing the property with Linda Faraldo.
"They've lived in the house for 15 years," Milman said. "And I was their agent when they bought the house. It was nice then, but they have really made it exceptional."

Some of the updates include the addition of ductless air conditioning and a backyard saltwater pool (the latter was installed five years ago, said Milman) plus revamped bathrooms. The yard boasts an assortment of specimen plantings, such as hydrangeas and rhododendrons, she added.
"It was more of a regular backyard, and they just changed everything," Milman said.

Inside, the original moldings and hardwood floors have been maintained. There are some creative storage options, Milman said — a sliding door with some shelving on it connects the dining room to the living room, and part of the basement is being used as a pantry.
"They've utilized every bit of space," she said.

Other standout features include a third-floor dressing room (which could also be used as an additional bedroom, said Milman), a covered front porch and a backyard patio and shed.
"I just think it's a really unique house," Milman said. "It has Old World charm with modern-day updates, and I just think it's a rare blend."
