Long Island real estate prices continue to climb, including in the already-expensive Hamptons.
The median price of a Hamptons home climbed 30% to $2 million in the third quarter of 2025 compared to the same time frame last year, Newsday reported.
It's still possible to find homes in the Hamptons for under the $1 million mark.
Of almost 15,000 sales reported by OneKey MLS, more than 500 sales were in the Hamptons, but fewer than 140 were under the $1 million mark.
