The two-bedroom, one-bathroom home, which property records confirm measures 706 square feet, is on the market at a listing price far below the Nassau County median: $499,000.

In Nassau, the median home price hit $840,000 in November, Newsday has reported based on OneKey MLS data.

"It's turnkey and it's under $500,000 in Nassau County, where median home prices are well above that," said Samantha Lordi, who has co-listed the property with Lindsey Hallman for Compass.

Taxes on the property, which falls within the Locust Valley Central School District, total $8,248. According to Nassau County land records, the parcel covers 0.12 acre.

Lordi and Hallman described the house as one a buyer would not have to renovate. According to the agents, the bathroom has been updated and there is hardwood flooring.

On the first floor, there is a living area, eat-in kitchen and bathroom. The two bedrooms are upstairs. The house also has a full walk-out basement, according to the listing.

"It's obviously a smaller home, but it lives really comfortably," Hallman said. "The layout is efficient, it gets great natural light, it's move-in ready."

Taxes on the 0.12-acre property total $8,248.
