This neighborhood is "a sought-after area," said Lisa Jaeger, of Douglas Elliman Real Estate. She is co-listing the property with Kathleen DeVine.
Up a brick driveway and inside the house, there is a sizable foyer, which "you don't see in ranches all the time," DeVine said. "But that's unique to this home: There is a large entry hall, and the covered entryway outside."
