Newsday Live and Long Island LitFest present an evening with Food Network star, Iron Chef and author Alex Guarnaschelli. Newsday’s food reporter and critic Erica Marcus will host a live discussion about the chef’s life, career and new cookbook, “Cook It Up: Bold Moves for Family Foods,” written with her daughter Ava Clark. A book signing will follow the event.
