Ailing Vin Scully will not broadcast during postseason

Hall of Famer Vin Scully underwent an undisclosed medical procedure Thursday and will not broadcast in the postseason, the Dodgers announced.
Scully, 87, had been scheduled to call the Dodgers-Mets NLDS that begins Friday night on radio.
Scully missed the final series of the regular season with what the Dodgers called a cold.
"He's looking forward to returning to the Dodgers for the 2016 season, his 67th with the Dodgers," the team said in a statement.
Scully has said he will retire after the 2016 season.
