Alex Rodriguez shifted to DH with stiff neck

Alex Rodriguez, originally in the starting lineup at third base, was shifted to DH after experiencing what the Yankees called "a stiff neck" after batting practice. Eric Chavez, originally the DH, started at third.
Rodriguez is hitting .360 with three homers in 23 starts at DH after going 2-for-4 with a double last night. In his 60 starts at third, he is hitting .243 with 11 homers.
