Josh Johnson, David Murphy, Tim Hudson and Marlon Byrd are already off the board. Tim Lincecum and Hunter Pence never even got to the shop-around stage.

But there are plenty of enticing free agents left for interested teams to engage.

Of the remaining players on the market, here's the best lineup we could put together (2013 salary in parenthesis):

1. Jacoby Ellsbury, CF ($9 million)

2. Shin-Soo Choo, RF ($7.3 million)

3. Robinson Cano, 2B ($15 million)

4. Carlos Beltran, LF ($13 million)*

5. Mike Napoli, 1B ($13 million)

6. Brian McCann, C ($12 million)

7. Jhonny Peralta, 3B ($6 million)

8. Nelson Cruz, DH ($10.5 million)

9. Stephen Drew, SS ($9.5 million)

SP - Ricky Nolasco, RHP ($11.5 million)

CL - Grant Balfour, RHP ($4.5 million)

*Yes, technically Beltran is a right fielder, but for this purpose we're moving him to left rather than taking an inferior player. And, who knows. He could end up there next season anyway.

Who would you take for your team?
