Andy Pettitte, Alex Rodriguez injury updates

CLEVELAND - Andy Pettitte (fractured left fibula) and Alex Rodriguez (fractured left fifth metacarpal) are scheduled to be evaluated by doctors Monday.
“Hopefully the clearance will be a little higher up,” Girardi said of what both players might be able to do in their rehabs.
Pettitte played catch Friday and has felt no ill effects since pushing off his injured ankle in a throwing session Tuesday. Girardi said A-Rod likely will take some dry swings this weekend.
