Andy Pettitte threw off the mound, went through another session of pitcher’s fielding practice and still is on target to start Tuesday against the Blue Jays. Said Joe Girardi, “Everything’s a go.”
Brian Cashman said of Mark Teixeira (calf strain): “He still feels it.”
