Brett Lawrie, umpires and suspensions

Toronto's Brett Lawrie got tossed from Tuesday night's game against Tampa Bay after the helmet he threw bounced up and hit home plate umpire Bill Miller.
Why did he throw his helmet? Because of two exceptionally bad strike calls in the ninth inning, as you can see in the video embedded below:
Lawrie was suspended four games on Wednesday and was fined an undisclosed amount. He can appeal the decision and still play Wednesday night against the Yankees.
Miller's strike call on 3-and-1 was borderline at best. But after Lawrie ran about 20 feet down the line expecting a ball-four call on a pitch that was six inches or more outside, was there any doubt that the next pitch from Fernando Rodney would be called a strike? All it had to do was be in the vicinity of home plate.
There's no point in debating Lawrie's suspension, though, since the equipment he threw hit the umpire. You can, however, debate the fan's actions in throwing a cup full of liquid at Miller when he walked off the field at game's end.
But here's a question for you: of all the people inside a baseball stadium, how many of them can't be thrown out of said baseball stadium? I can think of four people, can you?
