Contest: Tim Kurkjian
I finished Tim Kurkjian's book, "Is This A Great Game, or What?" yesterday. It was an easy, enjoyable read.
And now I'll give it to the first person who e-mails me - at kdavidoff@newsday.com - with the correct answer to this question:
Kurkjian began his career covering the Texas Rangers in the 1980s. Who is the Rangers' all-time home run leader?
UPDATE, 12:51 p.m.: We have a winner! Will from Long Island knew that Juan Gonzalez (scroll down) leads the Rangers with 372 career homers.
