Derek Jeter's farewell All-Star Game averaged 7.0 percent of homes and 11.34 million viewers on Fox, both the highest such figures since 2010.

Fox said it was the first time since 1993 and '94 that ratings for the event have increased in consecutive years -- albeit at far lower levels than two decades ago.

Viewership was at its highest during the 90 minutes before Jeter left the game.

An average of 11.9 percent of homes in the New York area watched, sixth best among the 56 major markets measured.
